When the brothers first started out, their passion for repairing all things automotive drove them to take action and start AutoSmarto as a unique auto service and repair centre for all makes and models, with 25+ years of experience combined. Towing Service

At AutoSmarto we partner with in-town towing companies to tow your vehicle to our repair centre from anywhere. If your vehicle ever breaks down, call us to arrange to have your vehicle towed to us.

Courtesy Shuttle Service

AutoSmarto’s shuttle service is pleased to drive you wherever you need to be in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, and pick you up and deliver you back to your vehicle at AutoSmarto.

Our reliable shuttle drivers will get you to your destination while your vehicle is being serviced by our qualified technicians.

Drop-Off Service

Can’t drop your car off during business hours? Simply lock your vehicle and place your keys in our secure 24-hour drop box and our team will tend to your vehicle the next day! Please ensure that you email, call during business hours or already have an appointment booked before dropping your vehicle off. This helps us know who’s vehicle it is and what it is in for sooner.

Fleet, Corporate & Used Car Dealer Accounts

We at AutoSmarto acknowledge that businesses that have many vehicles, or the nature of their business requires them to have their vehicles maintained and serviced on a regular basis. We have systems, policies and procedures in place to give you the best possible service to ensure you leave our shop satisfied every time. We service all makes and models including all types of cars, vans, SUVs and trucks. We will work with you to ensure that your vehicles will be maintained on time and provide you with the peace of mind that no unnecessary repairs will be performed on your vehicles.

We accept ARI, GE and other fleet cards.

AutoSmarto is an approved repair centre for major warranty companies such as Lubrico, Global, Coast to Coast and others.

At AutoSmarto, we are open for business, with strict precautions in place to protect our customers and staff. We encourage you to book an appointment to ensure your visit isn’t subject to longer wait times. Our team is also available by phone, to arrange appointments, test drives, and to answer any inquiries you may have.

Sales

During these extraordinary times of social distancing and avoiding in-person contact, you may still have automotive needs and timelines that require a new vehicle. Our full certified pre-owned inventory is all online on our website.

Should you wish to visit the dealership, we highly recommend booking an appointment. Our sales vehicles are sanitized regularly, and designated sales areas feature plexiglass barriers. For your safety, all our staff wear face masks.

If you wish to test-drive the vehicle, you will be provided with a route, and are able to do so without a salesperson.

Service

We are pleased to offer service appointments that minimize physical interaction or contact during this challenging time. Contactless payment options are available, and your vehicle is sanitized when you drop it off, and before it is returned to you.

For extending minimal contact points, please only drop off the vehicle key without the rest of your personal keys and lanyards.

We request that anyone entering the office wears a mask/face covering before walking in and recommend that only the individual dropping off/picking up the vehicle or making the payment enters. Our waiting room is currently allowing a maximum capacity of 4 individuals, so we highly recommend you arrange to be picked up and our team will contact you when your vehicle is ready.
